Addition or corrections to last months meeting?,  No comments were made, minutes approved as is.

 

Treasurers Report: Oct. 7th balance is $5937.49, membership dues, supplies for club shelves at Nampa (thank you LARRY) and 50/50, ending balance

as of Nov. 4th, $6068.79

OLD BUSINESS:

 

Catering for January party: discussed, voted and approved by club: Rhonda's catering will again cater our meal--Chicken & Roast Beef

 

Shanny is gathering information about club members to be used by club members only; if you haven't talked to Shanny yet please do so. Are you good at painting, scrapbooking, electrical, etc. everyone has a strength to share. Please see Shanny so we can list your strength.

 

 

NEW BUSINESS:

 

Nominating committee: calls made, emails sent. Nominations are to keep the current officers. Officers excused, elections held. Results: Maggie-President, V.P.- Shanny, Secretary- Pattie and Treasurer- Joyce.

 

January Party planning committee: Tammy McMann, Alba Biagi, Phil Eagon, Royce Tollman, Mike Charlo and current club officers. Committee will meet to plan party.

 

Shanny is working with a person in Athena on Club jackets Please see her if you would like more information or if you would like to place an order.

Lots of choices and colors.

 

Charities: Discussions, friendly amendments were made, motions made and amended, more friendly amendments..........the final results are: $500 to WWCC automotive or body shop, $500 to Blue Mountain Community Food Bank, $500 to Meals on Wheels ($250 to Milton-Freewater & $250 to Walla Walla), $500 to SMMC Cancer Center and $250 to Walla Walla Civil Air Patrol. = $2250.00. It is nice that as a club we can be so generous !!

 

Veterans Day parade, meet at 6th & main at 10:00 a.m.

 

Next get together will be at the club party in January, more information to come
